Building your own private villa in Paros Island is easier than you might think. Since 2000 we have been constructing private villas through our own construction company, We offer you a home of the highest quality – ready for you to move in to.

Building your dream villa to the highest quality standards and guarantees on Paros Island can be an easy and enjoyable experience.  All you need to do is expose your wishes, decide on a location, approve a project, choose the elements that will make it your own and be kept informed in detail of the progress down to the handing over of the key to your new home.

Under a project management contract, our team of architects, landscape artists, interior designers and project managers can assist you throughout the construction of your Paros Island luxury estate. We will help you buy land, plan the project, select architects, obtain the required licenses, manage your budget and the construction process, and make your abode beautiful, inside and out. We can even look after your property when you are away.

We offer many pre-designed houses with detailed drawings which you can choose. Or you can choose to have your dream Villa exclusively designed for you according to your own specifications. Your ideal home can be designed based upon your particular preferences regarding location, architecture, standards and price.

Once you have decided on your house, we will prepare the Construction Contract, with a fixed price for your house, ready for you to put the key in the door. We will handle all the legal requirements relating to completion of the house.

We build your new house with the best materials available, for our special stone houses we use white Paros marble stones, white marble floors or quality tile floors according to your whishes. HOW DOES IT WORK?


1.  You determine the  budget for your project.

2. You expose your ideas and where you would like to build your villa. We decide which kind of plot is ideal and sign the project management contract.

3. We find and show you plots, we help you purchase the plot at the best price closing the deal with the plot owner.  You purchase the plot.

4. We present you with a pre-design of the villa based on the ideas discussed so far and applied to your building plot. 

5. You meet with the architect to finalise the personalised details and design of your new home.

7. We design a detailed project with plans, 3-D renders and a comprehensive, fully itemised cost estimate.

8. Upon acceptance of the cost estimate and project plans you sign the contract for the construction of the villa.

9. We apply for the building license and liaise with the pertaining authorities for its issue.

10.  During construction we maintain continuous communication and send you monthly visual updates of the building progress.

11. Upon completion we deliver your turnkey villa and assist with all the administration procedures for utility connections etc.

12.  You can enjoy your new luxury house in Paros with the peace of mind with our after sales services!

Administration Services

√ Payment services
Most utility bills, e.g. electricity, telephones etc are normally issued on a two monthly basis and require immediate payment. Failure to do so, as in any country, could result in your service being suspended. Alpha to Omega can arrange the prompt payment of any bills or invoices that you may have.
√ Tax declaration
Once you own a property in Greece, Tax declarations must be completed on an annual basis whether you are resident on the island or not. Alpha to Omega’s Administration Service includes the collection and delivery of all relevant paper work to the appropriate authorities.
√ Insurance arrangement
We can arrange for your car, property and its contents to be adequately insured.

House Keeping Services

√ Cleaning
Spring cleaning and airing your home ensures that everything is clean and fresh for your arrival. This service includes; balconies, terraces and the arrangement of outdoor furniture. A highly recommended service for those who don’t want to spend the first few days of their holiday cleaning!
√ Laundry service
Washing and ironing of any items including towels and bed linen can be arranged. This service is available before your arrival, during your stay and after your departure. Ideal for any one expecting house guests during their absence or for people who like to have their beds freshly made, ready and waiting for them!
√ Welcome pack
No one likes to arrive to empty cupboards especially after a long flight or late at night. With our welcome pack service there’s no need to. Just let us know which items you would like to have and they’ll be home before you are!

Swimming pool maintenance

We offer inspection, operation and maintenance of your swimming pool. Even if you have the most beautiful Mediterranean beaches close by, many people also want to enjoy morning and evening plunges in their own private pool all year round. We supply pumps for heating the pool to 25 ° C throughout the winter. This is the most inexpensive way to heat the water in the pool.
